Lakebridge Association #4 is a townhouse association in northern Inver Grove Heights, MN. We are located at 67th Street and Clayton Avenue, on the shore of Bohrer Pond. Lakebridge #4 is comprised of 66 units in 17 buildings. Our complex is on the same property as Lakebridge1,2,3; which is comprised of 88 units.

The common grounds of the Association are available for all homeowners to use. Please be considerate of your neighbors when planning times of events. Keep our grounds looking good by cleaning up after your event. The lake is a storm sewer drainage pond and should not be used for recreational activities.
