Selling or buying in Lakebridge? |
The board will provide one set of disclosure forms at a cost of $50.00, along with up to date account information. Sellers are encouraged to contact the association as early as possible to obtain the completed forms. |
Board Meetings |
Monthly board meetings are the second Tuesday of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, and November. Meetings are held at Good Shepherd Church, 75th and Cahilll, in Inver Grove Heights at 6:45pm. Notice of any meeting change is listed in the association newsletter.
The annual meeting is held third Tuesday of October. This meeting is also at Good Shepherd church at 7pm. Notice of the meeting and any change in time or location is mailed to homeowners a month before the meeting.
There is no December board meeting.

Association Dues |
Association dues are payable on the first of each month and incur a late fee if not received by the association by the last day of each month.
Mail dues to Lakebridge #4, 3500 67th Street East, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076. Electronic transfer from your bank or credit union can also be arranged. If you want help with this, email the association and your request will be forwarded to our accountant.
