While some homeowners what to eliminate all rentals in the association and others want to regulate them, all sides are in agreement that not having any regulations in place leaves the association open for properties to be purchased for the sole purpose of renting them out for profit and that could become detrimental to the association and to our property values. A committee is attempting to find some middle ground that better protects the association and property without trampling the current rights of homeowners.
